Could be better.

Good value equipment and a good range of choices. However, despite my ordering and being invoiced 8 sash fitch locks, only 4 were then delivered. But on speaking to the company they quickly delivered the other 4. Also 2 of the locks hadn’t been fully coated with the chrome finish, so they replaced these too but why send out dodgy quality stuff in the first place?

Did the trick

Needed 14mm width to fit narrow meeting rail on top sash. Overall width is slightly more than 14mm so had to cant catch back to clear bottom sash. But it did then work. Good quality product with lock as well

How do you fix this with no screw head?

I bought this as a replacement for a broken window lock. It arrived as expected, but of the four screws provided to affix the lock, one had a phillips screw head, two had a flat screwdriver head and one had no screw head at all... literally nothing to put a screwdriver in. As I wanted to get the window lock in place, I used the screws I took from the old lock but it is poor service that this wasn't checked before despatch
