Nice fastener, poor quality screws
Nice catch but supplied screws have a very poor sheer strength. Replaced with third party screws. Be aware that pilot holes have to be spot on if using these.

Beware - this is bigger than the dimensions shown
The dimensions are wrong - it sticks out 18mm, not 14mm, and fouls the adjacent sash window
