Poor quality screws and fastener appeared tarnished

I ordered two - one looked good the other had a tarnished patch - so my experience is a bit hit and miss. The biggest problem however was that the screws that come with the product are of very poor quality and it is very easy to slip and strip the heads - even with pilot holes pre-drilled. The consequence is that one of my screws is now rusty after being exposed to a little condensation.
