Delivery shocking

2nd attempt to deliver item completely wrong again. Courier was last time and this time an old delivery address from 5 years ago ironmongery direct saw fit not to check again after promising to get right. Inputted my address with order and wrong again by them this time. Had to phone and told where it was delivered and ended up going to get myself. Absolutely shocking delivery and service. Nearly lost a client over this. Needs them to check what is going wrong as was never like this before.

Good, solid pull handle!

This was bought to replace a pull handle that had less fixing points and through wear and tear was pulling away from a fire door in a busy corridor. With the six fixing points and solid backplate, this is the robust replacement that I was after - thanks!
