Budget option
Fair value and have used these (or previous model) for some time. A few have broken in use. Each time the main spindle connecting the handle to the fixing on the window frame has sheared.

We used these to update some windows on the refurbishment of a rental property - as the windows weren't being replaced. Small detail, but a huge difference. Good quality too.
