Great product and Service, the goods came very quickly and as promised

Not fit for purpose, smashes into window

I bought six of these, but was unhappy to discover that the heavy arm smashes violently into the windowpane upon release, as if spring-loaded. I’m surprised they have not been withdrawn from sale since it’s such an obvious flaw. I returned them 6 days ago and am waiting for my refund.
