Very attractive pricy black handle
Very attractive black handle used on an upmarket black steel lean-to. Quite expensive and arrived with one of the grub screws missing (which was replaced very quickly by ironmongery direct which was very helpful). Well made and sturdy. Feels as though it should last well.

I purchased 13 door furniture kits and they arrived within 15 hours of me placing the order. Unfortunately, there was a small problem with one of the component from one of the kits missing. However, I called the customer services and the missing part was immediately dispatched to me with no fuss. I found the complete purchasing process excellent including the after sales customer services. I would certainly recommend this organisation.
