- Supplied as 3 hinges in a set
- It's now possible to achieve a considerable fitting time saving when fitting self closing doors where you would traditionally fit hinges and a chain closer
- The adjustable spring hinges featured here will close a door in a similar fashion to a chain type closer; sprung closing action without checking action
- If a controlled closing action is required then you should fit standard hinges and an overhead closer as featured elsewhere on our website
- The self closing spring tension can be disengaged by the removal of a small grub screw, allowing the door to swing freely, if it is no longer required to be a fire resisting door

- IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION: It is a legal requirement for hardware fitted to fire resisting doors to be CE marked. This ensures, in the case of any legal claim, that the best quality hardware has been fitted. The hinges we have marked on this page as suitable for fire doors are all tested and accredited. Important: When the hinges shown as being CE Marked are included in a fire resisting test they are fitted to the door and frame with intumescent pads under each leaf. Replaced with ease.
Looking for a more discreet door closer system and these hinges filled the bill perfectly. I removed the old hinges and fitted these ones with no adjustment. Brilliant piece of kit .
