Good sping pressure
Solid once installed. But one of the metal retaining plates that holds the springs was split in 2. Disappointing reduced quality but fortuntely had the old handle i could harvest a part from.

Good Afternoon, I hope you are well. No this can not be used as a pull handle, its a push pad. You would need to order the lock for the other side as this is for a fire doors or escape doors when fitted with genuine Adams Rite locks and accessories Have a lovely day
