Excellent product, great design and finish

The drawers are fantastic and they make accessing everything in the cupboard so much easier. Great design, very robust, superb finish. I would have given five stars had it not been for a couple of small issues. Whilst they were easy to fit we did need to make a few adjustments. Firstly the cardboard template supplied did not have holes which corresponded with the holes in the packers and brackets. The packers themselves did not allow for any slight discrepancy in the internal dimensions of the cupboard (ie a couple of millimetres difference between the front and the back which meant that the drawers would not slide freely and were quite tight), By making our own new packers from pieces of wood this enabled us to have freely sliding drawers. Perhaps a slight change in the design of the packers could help? (not sure how though!). Overall an excellent product and we're considering buying another set for another cupboard.

I like this now that I have sorted the minor oblems with installation. It operates smoothly and as age takes it's toll it helps a lot. When it arrived the stop on one runner was absent. Ironmongery Direct arranged for replacement runners on Sunday and they arrived today, Wdnesday. Excellent service. The following may help. The runners are for a 500mm external width cupboard with 19mm sides. The spacer has different hole pattern so you need to put the spacer with the runner and decide which holes you are going to use. Getting the tray on to the runners is not straightforward. You should find out how this part of the assembly works before putting the runners on. I found that the hooks which hold the back of the runners in place were slightly bent down so that the drawer unit could not go far enough back to allow the front catches to work. You can quite easily bend these up to be parallel with the top edge of the runner. I found it necessary to get under the drawer unit and open the catch at the front of the drawer and push it closed. You may not need to do this if the drawer is far enough back. In conclusion this a very good unit if you can solve the minor problems, it would have had 5 stars if not faulty and instructions were a bit more helpful. I intend to buy up to 4 more.

Spot on!

I bought four ot these organisers for a customer who is wheel chair bound and cannot get down to the bottom of the cabinet. These are perfect for solving that problem. They were very easy to install and arrived two days earlier than estimated. Well worth the cost.

Impressed

I bought this for one of my daughter’s darker, floor mounted kitchen cabinets after seeing her struggle to find something at the back of the pile. Very easy to fit, using the supplied marking template. The supplied spacer was just right for the drawer to clear the hinge assembly. Note: If, like me, you are inexperienced in specifying such items, be assured that the given size is that of the “nominal” cabinet size. ie. The “500” pull-out assembly, fits into a clear internal space of 464mm. (500 - 36) After fitting, when the cabinet was restocked, I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the items that were removed were accommodated on the pull-out assembly, even though the area was obviously smaller. I have since ordered four more.
