Great handles. Sleek and very easy to fit. We used the old screws as the new ones were too long, but they are hidden under the white cap covers anyway. They look great! The paint finish was damaged on some of the handles when they arrived. An email to ironmongery direct was picked up and responded to very quickly by Deanna who asked me to send images of the damage. She immediately arranged delivery of replacement handles before I had even returned the damaged ones! These things happen but I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, I will definitely shop there again. Thanks Deanna!

Perfect replacements

Handles on aging uPVC tilt and turn windows were no longer working perfextly. Bought these to replace all of them. They are stronger and all windows open and close nicely now.

Exactly what i hoped for

I needed a couple of handles for a tilt and turn window dating to the 1970's. From the technical info on the website, I was able to select these and they fitted perfectly.
